1. Receiving link: using the selected item coding scheme to encode incoming items; Making goods label: write the coded information into the electronic label, print the paper label (proofreading) at the same time, and then glue the paper label and electronic together to become goods label; The goods are sent to the warehouse after the location is checked by RFID handheld machine; The wireless data terminal sends the incoming data to the on-site computer and updates the WMS warehouse management system database in time. The on-site computer automatically allocates the storage location, and gradually downloads the storage location number and corresponding item number of each operation to the wireless data terminal (handheld terminal or forklift terminal).
2. Loading link: each piece of goods is affixed with bar code, and passive labels are installed on the boxes after loading. The boxes of goods with passive labels are palleted according to the storage location read by the RFID handheld computer in the hands of the staff, and an active electronic label is installed on each pallet. Put the goods on each pallet separately on the corresponding shelves;
3. Picking link: The picking truck downloads the bulk order system in the WMS warehouse management system and automatically instructs the car to sort and pick goods according to the path; Confirm the information of the picking place, the system automatically indicates the quantity of "picking while dividing", and press the light to confirm after dividing the goods; The pick-up truck automatically receives instructions from the WMS warehouse management system, and guides the operator to the next pick-up operation in real time until all the bulk orders are completed.
4. Warehouse transfer link: When warehouse transfer is required, the system sends instructions to the RFID handheld computer in the hands of the operator. After seeing the instructions, the operator locates the corresponding goods and the corresponding quantity, moves the goods to the corresponding target library, modifies the information of the corresponding labels, and sends the corresponding data back to the WMS warehouse management system.
5. Outbound link: When it is necessary to be outbound, the system will issue outbound instructions to the RFID handheld computer in the hands of the operator. The operator will locate the corresponding drugs and quantity, take out the passive labels on the boxes of drugs, modify the corresponding data, and send the data to the WMS warehouse management system.
6. Stocktaking link: RFID fixed reader is installed on the shelf. The fixed reader scans the passive labels in the fixed area and transmits the scanned data to the system. The inventory can also be scanned by the RFID handheld in the hands of the operator and sent to the WMS warehouse management system for verification. In addition to the above functions, the system also has the function of positioning query, as well as intelligent alarm, which can quickly and effectively locate the location of goods, and timely notify the management of goods exceeding the predetermined indicators.
